  DO NOT USE THE COSTA DRIVE THRU!!!! The slowest service I think I've EVER experienced in a drive through. I'm appalled at how this Costa is allowed to run like this. I sat waiting for TWENTY minutes because of slow, incompetent staff taking far too long to deliver a simple coffee.

  Quite difficult to review as a whole, but here goes...
  
  Both directions - ample free parking and clean toilets.
  
  Shop staff friendly and helpful, although expect the customary price mark up for service stations!
  
  Westbound - long queue at McDonald's, and the guy serving on the noodle bar couldn't work out the till our pricing structure causing long delays.
  
  Eastbound - very long queues at McDonald's... Waited about 15 minutes in queue for one till only to then be told that till was closing, so to merge with the long queue next to us. Terrible service and a lot of upset customers, many of which ended up walking away with no food.
